Shauney Harris is a licensed cosmetologist in two states with over 20 years of hands-on experience specializing in advanced hair extensions within the beauty industry. Her career spans luxury strand-by-strand techniques, real-world behind-the-chair mastery, and working with diverse hair types and client needs — long before these methods became widely taught online.
Like many stylists, Shauney once battled a deep fear of failure — not because she lacked skill, but because she understood the weight of responsibility that comes with charging premium prices and delivering high-level results. Over time, that fear transformed into purpose. She made a personal vow to never gatekeep knowledge and instead teach everything she has learned over two decades, so other stylists wouldn’t have to struggle, guess, or undervalue themselves to succeed.
In 2019, Shauney launched her first online class, which earned a 5-star rating from students who praised her clarity, technical precision, and honest, no-fluff teaching style. Today, she is known for breaking down advanced extension techniques into streamlined, optimized systems that help stylists protect their time, attract high-quality clients, and confidently charge what they are truly worth.
